I am interested in the overlap of organisational psychology with mental health in the workplace. In particular, the impact of workplace stressors on employee's mental health and wellbeing. Workplace stressors include job demands from work overload or role ambiguity, but also social workplace stressors from experiencing unacceptable behaviours.
