Professor Kohei Wada, a Visiting Fellow with the Australian Demographic & Social Research Institute, received a 500,000Yen (approx. $6250) research grant from the Health Care Science Institute, Japan, for the project 'The econometric analysis of medical and pharmaceutical markets and the local medical policy by the applied demography: an application of the demographic marketing'.
