Congratulations to Natalie Nitsche for her new publication!

The profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fertility and family dynamics is explored in the special issue of the Population and Development Review, based on the 2021 Conference Pandemic Babies? The Covid-19 Pandemic and Its Impact on Fertility and Family Dynamics.

The special issue of the review was released in August, and highlights the changes in fertility plans and household work division, with predictions of fertility declines in high-income countries. This evolving issue continues to be the subject of extensive research and discussion among experts, focusing on the pandemic's far-reaching effects on childbearing and family processes.
