A number of staff and students participated in the Population Association of America 2015 Annual Meeting held in San Diego from 30 April to 2 May 2015.

Peter McDonald was presented with the Irene B. Taeuber Award at the meeting on Friday 1 May 2015. The Irene B Taeuber Award is presented biennially in recognition of an unusually original or important contribution to the scientific study of population or for an accumulated record of  exceptionally sound and innovative research. more information
